About Kentucky SILC
The Kentucky Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing independent living and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities across the state. We work in collaboration with Centers for Independent Living (CILs), disability organizations, and state agencies to create policies, programs, and initiatives that support the independence and full participation of Kentuckians with disabilities in their communities.
