KCTCS Success Coach and Recruiter Carla Bennett works with prospective and current student populations at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. Bennett holds degrees in special education/communication disorders, psychology, and educational counseling/guidance. Her work at Southeast entails immersive community outreach. She is committed to promoting self-advocacy, enhancing transition services, and working to support traditionally underserved populations. Carla joined the SILC in 2022 and now serves as a Member at Large.
