Bobby was an underground coal miner for 15 years and lives in Eastern KY. Bobby earned his AA degree from Hazard Community Technical College and BA and MA degrees from Morehead State University. All of his degrees are in Education. Bobby has been an active member of the SILC for many years and is a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities across the Commonwealth.
